Rules for Using VARA VARA Gift Certificates
General Provisions
- The VARA VARA gift certificate is a plastic card with a barcode, equivalent to an entry ticket to Aquacity VARA VARA.
- Certificates can be purchased at the Aquacity ticket offices or received as a gift from the Administration as part of promotional campaigns.
Validity Period
- Certificates are valid exclusively during the year and season in which they are purchased.
- Certificates purchased in 2025 are valid only during the summer season of 2025: from 31.05.2025 to 31.08.2025.
- Certificates issued in 2022, 2023, and 2024 are not valid in 2025.
- Certificates issued in 2025 are not valid for the winter project and cannot be carried over to 2026.
Terms of Use
- The certificate is accepted for payment only at the AQUACITY VARA VARA ticket offices.
- Discounts, promotions, or promo codes do not apply when redeeming a certificate.
- The certificate grants the right to a single visit in accordance with the specified tariff.
- All Aquacity visitation rules apply when using a certificate, including age, height, and operating schedule requirements.
Restrictions
- The certificate is not subject to return or exchange (in accordance with Articles 954–956 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Moldova).
- Damaged or lost certificates are not replaced.
- Repeated use or transfer to third parties is prohibited.
Customization and Corporate Orders
- Corporate logos may be applied to certificates upon prior request and for an additional fee.
- The quantity and terms of issuing branded certificates are determined individually.
