Compliance with the confidentiality of user data in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Law Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“General Data Protection Regulation” or “GDPR”) is one of the fundamental principles of the company’s operations. 1. What is GDPR?

Starting from May 25, 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) known as GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) came into force. The regulation stipulates that any company or operator processing personal data is required to apply new requirements and transparently provide information on data processing methods.

Considering the requirements of GDPR and the obligations to ensure the protection of your personal data stored in our database, we hereby inform you that they are used solely for the purpose of implementing our relationships with the company's customers: ordering, selling, order processing, delivery, customer service.

3. What personal data is subject to processing?

We collect information to provide the most convenient use of our services. Mainly, the data that can be considered personal is obtained directly from you when you perform the following actions:

According to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the current legislation of the Republic of Moldova, personal data relates exclusively to the relationship between our company and the targeted person (customer). 4.1. To communicate with customers

a) Access to the site – when visiting the site www.varavara.md, some information in the form of server logs (log files) is automatically saved each time a web page or its individual files are opened. Each data packet includes information such as the web page from which the transition to our site occurred, IP address, date and time of access, client's web request, HTTP response code, volume of data transferred, browser type, platform type. b) Determining location – using the IP address, we can determine the geographical location of the internet user. After the current session ends, we do not store the IP address for location tracking purposes.c) Customer account – when registering a new account on the platform www.varavara.md and filling out the questionnaire fields, your personal data will be saved in our database. At any time, you can request the deletion of this information and your account. When placing an order on our site, the entered information will be processed to successfully complete the purchase.d) Order processing – We use the personal data saved in your account to process requests.

4.2. Data for communicating with customers

We may contact you directly or through a third-party service provider regarding products or services you have purchased from us or subscribed to, for example, to provide you with service messages. We may also contact you to offer additional services that we believe may be of interest to you, if you consent to this, or if it is permissible based on legitimate interests.
