This document is an unofficial translation of the Terms of Use of the website, drafted in Romanian. This translation is not an official document and is provided for the convenience of VaraVara clients. In case of discrepancies between the Romanian and Russian texts of these Terms, the Romanian text shall prevail.
Introduction
These website terms of use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") apply to orders for the purchase of goods and services offered by VARAVARA CLUB SRL through the website www.varavara.md (hereinafter referred to as the "Website").

These individuals are responsible for protecting the minor's personal data.Your personal data will be stored and used by VaraVara for processing/confirming/completing orders, informing you via email, text messages (SMS, messengers, etc.), mail, and other means of communication about further actions, compiling statistical reports, and improving services.Data provided by customers is confidential by law. Personal data may be disclosed to authorities only based on legal authorization or when VaraVara deems it necessary to prevent or investigate violations of VaraVara or third-party rights under legal procedures.Please be informed that under Articles 12-16 of Law no. 133 of 08.07.2011 on the protection of personal data, you have the following rights: the right to information, the right to access data, the right to intervene regarding data, and the right to object, which can be exercised by submitting a written request to VaraVara.In case of payments made using a bank card, card data (card number, expiration date, CVV, etc.) will not be transmitted or stored on VaraVara servers.Any attempt to access other users' personal data or alter website content or affect the server's performance where the website operates will be considered an attempt to defraud the website and will result in criminal prosecution of the person(s) attempting to do so.Collection of Personal Data

• Informing customers about order verification and dispatch, resolving issues of cancellation or any issues related to the order, purchased products, and/or services.
• Sending newsletters and/or periodic alerts via email only if the interested party (customer) has given explicit consent. The services and products offered by VaraVara are provided within the terms, conditions, and prices indicated on the site.
On the Website, you can buy tickets for access to the territory of the Aquapark, located in mun. Chișinău, ul. M. Sadoveanu 42/2, and the use of the services provided therein, as well as other products/services displayed on the Website.The goods and services are provided as presented on the site and if they are available. VaraVara cannot guarantee the availability of all displayed goods. If the order cannot be fulfilled, VaraVara will inform the consumer about the lack of the product, and the amount paid by the consumer will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days.With the consumer's consent, VaraVara may provide a similar product or service that is equivalent in price and quality to the originally requested one if the ordered product or service is not available.The images of goods and services displayed on the site are samples, and the delivered goods and services may differ from those displayed on the site in any way, such as color, accessories, appearance, etc. VaraVara reserves the right to change the description and specifications of the goods and services listed on the site without prior notice.The maximum obligations/liability of VaraVara to any client in case of non-delivery or improper delivery of goods and services are limited to the amount received by VaraVara from this client.Prices
The prices of the provided goods and services are displayed on the Website in the corresponding fields and include VAT and delivery costs; the prices are valid at the time of order confirmation.
The content and prices of the offers may be changed by VaraVara. The validity period of prices and offers is indicated on the Website.Orders
Placing orders for the goods and services described on the site signifies your acceptance of these terms and the terms of specific offers. Before placing/confirming the order, your identification is required by using certain sections of the site.
VaraVara reserves the right to request documents necessary for processing and verifying your order.The goods and services purchased through the site may not be resold or distributed for commercial purposes. VaraVara reserves the right to limit the maximum number of goods and services purchased by a specific person through the site.If the service and/or product cannot be used on the specified date for reasons beyond VaraVara's control, they can be used on new pre-agreed available dates.Delivery
In case of purchasing services and goods on the Website, VaraVara issues an electronic ticket-confirmation/receipt, which will be sent to the email address or through messaging applications (if technically possible) specified in the order.
The ticket/confirmation receipt will contain all the data related to the paid order, the validity period, and any other data regarding the respective order. They can be presented to the controllers on the territory of the Aquapark in electronic form, printed on paper, or exchanged for classic tickets at the VaraVara ticket offices.You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your tickets/receipts and account credentials. Never leave them in plain sight or share your website or email login or password with third parties.The ticket/confirmation must be kept with you throughout your stay in the Aquapark to control access and to re-enter the Aquapark in case of temporary exit during the visit.Payments
Payment for placed orders can be made in cash at the VaraVara ticket office before entering the Aquapark or online using Visa or MasterCard bank cards (including Visa Electron and Maestro) issued by Moldovan banks, as well as foreign banks with 3D Secure protection.
If you choose to pay online with a credit/debit card, you will be redirected to a secure web section on the bank's server that handles the online payment system, and you will need to fill out the appropriate form with your bank card/transaction information requested by the bank. To make the payment, the payer needs to provide their bank card details, such as the bank card number, expiration date, and security code, enabling online payments. The transmission of these details will be carried out with the security measures available at the Bank that issued the respective bank card. The data will be transmitted to the authorized Bank's server via a secure channel (SSL protocol). The information is transmitted in encrypted form and stored only on the specialized server of the payment system of the issuing bank and the bank servicing the online payment system.To process an online order, a maximum period of 30 minutes is provided for payment; otherwise, the order is canceled and not processed.All payments are made in the national currency – Moldovan leu (MDL). If the transaction currency differs from the payment currency, the transaction amount is converted at the card operation rate on the day of the transaction by the bank servicing the online payment system.VaraVara and/or the bank servicing the online payment system reserves the right to unilaterally and without notification establish any limitations on the payers' ability to transfer funds to VaraVara's account via bank card, including but not limited to: restrictions on the country where the bank card is issued or the class of the bank card, the country from which the transaction was made, the number of transfers within a time period, or restrictions on transfers initiated from a certain internet address.Online payment cannot be made if the payer has a restriction on making payments.The payer is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered necessary for making the payment.Since VaraVara does not perform money transfers and does not provide banking or payment services, all responsibility for the correctness of the transfer lies solely with the bank and the payer, and all claims regarding funds transferred within the online payment are resolved directly between the issuing bank and the payer.VaraVara reserves the right to cancel any placed order if it considers it to be fraudulent or false.When transferring funds for the purchase of VaraVara services and goods through online payment, no fee is charged.If the card transaction is successful, your order will be processed by VaraVara.Right of Withdrawal
Withdrawal of a placed order can only be made if the purchased service/product has not been used/consumed and no later than 24 hours before the intended date of service/product delivery.
If the user wishes to cancel the order, they must submit a written request to VaraVara with the appropriate statement. If the order includes several goods and/or services, order cancellation is possible only in full. The refund for the canceled order will be made only to the bank card used for payment. The refund will be made within 15 calendar days, but the time to receive the funds depends on the payment system policy (Visa/Mastercard). Please contact your bank for more detailed information.Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova.
Any dispute arising in connection with the use of this Website will be resolved amicably. If the dispute is not settled amicably, it will be resolved by the competent court.
