{"id":7673,"date":"2025-04-29T12:32:43","date_gmt":"2025-04-29T09:32:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/varavara.md\/gift-certificate-usage-rules\/"},"modified":"2025-04-29T12:32:43","modified_gmt":"2025-04-29T09:32:43","slug":"gift-certificate-usage-rules","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/varavara.md\/en\/gift-certificate-usage-rules\/","title":{"rendered":"Gift Certificate Usage Rules"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h1><strong>Rules for Using VARA VARA Gift Certificates<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p> <strong>General Provisions<\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The VARA VARA gift certificate is a plastic card with a barcode, equivalent to an entry ticket to Aquacity VARA VARA.<\/li>\n<li>Certificates can be purchased at the Aquacity ticket offices or received as a gift from the Administration as part of promotional campaigns.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p> <strong>Validity Period<\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Certificates are valid exclusively during the year and season in which they are purchased.<\/li>\n<li>Certificates purchased in 2025 are valid only during the summer season of 2025: from 31.05.2025 to 31.08.2025.<\/li>\n<li>Certificates issued in 2022, 2023, and 2024 are not valid in 2025.<\/li>\n<li>Certificates issued in 2025 are not valid for the winter project and cannot be carried over to 2026.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p> <strong>Terms of Use<\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The certificate is accepted for payment only at the AQUACITY VARA VARA ticket offices.<\/li>\n<li>Discounts, promotions, or promo codes do not apply when redeeming a certificate.<\/li>\n<li>The certificate grants the right to a single visit in accordance with the specified tariff.<\/li>\n<li>All Aquacity visitation rules apply when using a certificate, including age, height, and operating schedule requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p> <strong>Restrictions<\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The certificate is not subject to return or exchange (in accordance with Articles 954\u2013956 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Moldova).<\/li>\n<li>Damaged or lost certificates are not replaced.<\/li>\n<li>Repeated use or transfer to third parties is prohibited.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p> <strong>Customization and Corporate Orders<\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Corporate logos may be applied to certificates upon prior request and for an additional fee.<\/li>\n<li>The quantity and terms of issuing branded certificates are determined individually.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; Rules for Using VARA VARA Gift Certificates &nbsp; General Provisions The VARA VARA gift certificate is a plastic card with a barcode, equivalent to an entry ticket to Aquacity VARA VARA.
